At JAN SWASTHYA VITRAN, we take utmost care to ensure safe and timely delivery of quality medicines. However, in rare cases where issues occur, our return and refund policy is as follows:

1. Return Eligibility:
We accept returns only if:
- The product is damaged or broken during transit
- The product delivered is incorrect or not as per your order

2. Conditions:
- Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery
- Medicines must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
- Opened or used medicines cannot be returned due to safety and regulatory reasons

3. Refunds:
- If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 working days
- In case of COD orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer

4. How to Request a Return:
