Jan AUSHADHI Vitran is an independent initiative that promotes access to affordable generic medicines across India. We are not affiliated with the Government of India, PMBI, or the official Jan Aushadhi Pariyojana. We source medicines from authorized and legal suppliers.

3. Product Information
We supply generic medicines, including PMBJP (Jan Aushadhi) products and other licensed brands. Product availability is subject to stock. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific medicine.

4. Prescription Requirement
Some medicines may require a valid doctor’s prescription. You agree to upload or provide the same when required. We reserve the right to cancel orders that do not comply with applicable regulations.

5. Payment and Pricing
All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. We accept secure payments through authorized payment gateways. Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

6. Shipping and Delivery
We offer delivery across India. Shipping timelines may vary depending on your location. Free delivery is available on orders above ₹499. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen events.

7. Returns and Refunds
We only accept returns in cases of damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered products, within 3 days of delivery. Medicines once opened or used cannot be returned due to safety regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Any medical consequences resulting from the use of medicines without proper consultation
- Incorrect use or misuse of products
- Third-party website links or services

9. Intellectual Property
All content on the website including logos, text, images, and graphics are the property of Jan AUSHADHI Vitran or respective owners. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
